Privacy, in plain words.
Summary · Draft · The full policy comes with your invitationWhat we never collect
We never ask for, store or see your recovery words, private keys or passwords. Anyone who asks you for them is not us.
What the invitation form collects
- Your name and email.
- Your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
- Who referred you, and any note you write.
We use this only to review your request and reach out to you. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list. If a note looks like it holds recovery words or keys, the form refuses it and saves nothing.
How the tools treat your secrets
The checkup runs on your own computer. When it finds something, it reports only what kind of thing it found, where it was, and a short fingerprint that cannot be turned back into the secret. The secret itself never leaves your device.
To watch your wallets, we look only at the public wallet addresses you give us. A public address lets us see activity. It can never be used to move your money.
Questions
Ask your account manager, or reply to any email from our team, and we will answer in plain words.
This page is a plain summary while Second Key is by invitation. It will be replaced by the complete privacy policy before the service opens more widely.
